החוברת 'גיטי הכזב' דנה מסבירה את הנעשה ב"בתי דינים רבניים" מטעם המדינה למעשה‚ דהיינו הקורה מאחורי הקלעים‚ וההשלכות הכטסטרופיות מבחינה הלכתית על הגיטין היוצאים משם. ואיך הממשל ופעולת הכנסת והבג"ץ מתערב בהנהלת בתי דינים מטעם. החוברת נתחברה בידי דיינים מומחים בגיטין ופורסמה על ידי 'המרכז לשמירת היחוס היהודי', מתוך דאגה לתקינות הגיטין ולשמירת היוחסין.
English Summary
The booklet "Gitei HaKazv" (Getts of Deception) explains what actually takes place in the state-run rabbinical courts—that is, what goes on behind the scenes—and the catastrophic halachic consequences for the bills of divorce (Gittin) issued there. It also reveals how the government, through the Knesset and the High Court of Justice (Bagatz), intervenes in the administration of these state-appointed rabbinical courts. The booklet was written by rabbinical judges specializing in the laws of Gittin and published by the *Center for the Preservation of Jewish Lineage*, out of concern for the halachic validity of Gittin and the safeguarding of Jewish lineage.

La brochure "Gitei HaKazv" (Les Faux Guittin) explique ce qui se passe réellement dans les tribunaux rabbiniques d'État, c'est-à-dire ce qui se déroule en coulisses, ainsi que les conséquences halakhiques catastrophiques sur les guettin qui y sont délivrés. Elle montre également comment le gouvernement, par l'intermédiaire de la Knesset et de la Cour suprême siégeant en Haute Cour de justice (Bagatz), intervient dans l'administration de ces tribunaux rabbiniques officiels. La brochure a été rédigée par des dayanim spécialistes des lois du guett et publiée par le *Centre pour la Préservation de la Filiiation Juive*, par souci de garantir la validité des guettin et de préserver la filiation juive.
