בחלק א' סימן תת"ס בשו"ת הרשב"א (רבי שלמה בן אדרת) נידון דינה של אישה מורדת. הרשב"א פוסק שהרשות נתונה בידי הבעל, ואין מחייבים אותו לגרשה אם אינו רוצה, כך שהאישה המורדת עלולה להיוותר עגונה ללא גט.
English Summary
In volume 1, siman 860, of the Shut HaRashba (Rabbi Shlomo ben Aderet), the case of a rebellious wife (moredet) is discussed. The Rashba rules that the choice rests with the husband, and he cannot be compelled to divorce her against his will, leaving open the possibility that the rebellious wife remains an agunah.

Dans le tome 1, siman 860, du Choute HaRashba (rav Shlomo ben Aderet), est traité le cas d'une épouse rebelle. Le Rashba statue que le choix appartient au mari, qui ne peut être contraint de la divorcer contre son gré, laissant ainsi ouverte la possibilité que l'épouse rebelle demeure agouna.
