תשובה נוספת של המהרי"ק (רבי יוסף קולון), שורש קל"ה, מתוך שו"ת מהרי"ק, הממשיכה את הדיון בעניין הרחקות המוטלות על בעל סרבן. גם כאן קובע המהרי"ק כי בעת הטלת הרחקות יש לדאוג שהבעל יוכל בכל זאת לעבור ולהתגורר בעיר אחרת, ואין להשתמש בהרחקות כדי לכלוא אותו או לשלול ממנו לחלוטין את חירותו. התשובה כתובה בסגנון התשובות ההלכתיות המקובל של ספר זה.
English Summary
Another responsum of the Maharik (Rabbi Yosef Colon), shoresh 135, from Shut HaMaharik, continuing the discussion of harchakot (social/religious restrictions) imposed on a recalcitrant husband. Here too the Maharik rules that even when such restrictions are applied, the husband must retain the ability to relocate to another town, and the harchakot may not be used to effectively imprison him or strip him entirely of his freedom. The responsum is written in the standard halachic style typical of this work.

Là encore, le Maharik établit qu'en cas d'imposition de telles restrictions, il faut veiller à ce que le mari conserve la possibilité de s'installer dans une autre ville, et que les harhakot ne doivent pas servir à l'emprisonner ou à le priver totalement de sa liberté.
